Temple Beth El of Patchogue is a Conservative, egalitarian synagogue of approximately 100 families. We are truly multi-generational and diverse, with members from birth up to and including members in their nineties. We offer something for everyone by meeting our member's needs culturally, spiritually and socially. We are known as the "friendly temple" because within moments of entering our building, you will be greeted by one if not more than one member of our congregation. We understand that a Conservative synagogue may not seem like the right fit for everyone. However, we truly believe that TBE offers a welcoming space for all – regardless of age, marital status, race, ethnicity, level of observance, or ability. LGBTQ families are embraced, as are intermarried Jews and interfaith families. The diverse backgrounds of our members only serve to strengthen our community.

We take pride in knowing that we welcome everyone to be a part of our family.

Temple Beth El fully supports the people of Israel in their fight against terrorism and their war against Hamas. We condemn the horrendous attacks by Hamas on innocent people, causing many deaths and untold suffering. Our thoughts and prayers are with all Israelis in this difficult time.
